All gear has a chance to roll a certain percentage based on tier. There is no way to spawn in an item with max roll. There is also no way to spawn an item with a specific skin. However, all Kits are S Tier

DO NOT USE: /s or /skins skin box on any Epic Kits or Epic Items. It will remove the bonus!

If you want to Skin your Epic Kits/Items, you can use the /skin. Or skins purchased from Facepunch can be selected in a repair bench.
